To access the full features of phgamers, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Each individual may hold only one account on phgamers. Duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
- You must not share your account credentials with any other person. phgamers is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phgamers immediately via the support contact listed in the FAQ page.
- phgamers reserves the right to verify your identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using phgamers, you agree to abide by the following rules and obligations:
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Philippine law or international regulations.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit any feature of the phgamers platform, including games, betting markets, or promotional systems.
- You will not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent betting activity.
- You will not misuse any promotional offers. Promotions are intended for personal use only. phgamers reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from misuse.
- You acknowledge that online gaming and betting involve risk and that outcomes are not guaranteed. phgamers does not promise any return on wagers placed.
- You accept sole responsibility for any bets or game sessions initiated from your account.
Violation of these obligations may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of balances at phgamers' discretion.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on phgamers are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱/PHP). By using the platform's payment features, you agree to the following:

- You confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements.
- phgamers reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of suspicious account activity.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply. These are communicated within the platform at the time of transaction.
- phgamers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phgamers and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from wagering or gameplay outcomes.
- Technical interruptions, server downtime, or errors that prevent access to the platform or specific features.
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
- Actions taken by third-party service providers, including payment processors.
Account Suspension and Closure: phgamers reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of fraud, breach of these Terms, or conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or policy violation, remaining balances may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach, accessible balances will be returned to the user via their registered payment method following completion of any pending verification.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the phgamers platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, interface design, game content, and software — is the property of phgamers or its licensed content providers.
